This program is unavailable in your country problem

Hey guys first of all i'am sorry for my english , i hope you will understand . I have not played aion for a while and now i have installed ncsoft and i let the game download the files. Then i entered the game directory and start unzip aion 0.0.0.0To3.0.0.0.By the way in ncsoft -> advanced-> my region is north america . Then i have unziped 3.0.0.0To3.0.0.4 and i installed gamezaion launcher , but when i try to start the game it says : " This program is unavailable in your country ".
My OS is Windows 7 64bit.
What should i do ? BTW i have this patch too : 3.0.0.4To3.0.0.8 but i didn't applied yet.

 

i got the same problem...and the first thing that i did was let the ncsoft upgrade the game to 3.5,be careful, dont choose upgrade, its in reapir, i know we cant play this actulization yet, but you must do it in order to fix the region problem, well, back to the solution, so when you already upgrade it (or better say repair it) to 3.5 with the ncsoft launcher, then you unzip the file posted in the forum to downgrade the game in the aion folder, dont erase anything just unzip it and overpaste everything, in that way you must be allowed to play.....well, that works for me and i wish that works for you....try it......seee ya.....XD....
