game disconnects when i try and select a server

hi all :,)
iv only just downloaded the nc launcher and the gamez launcher. my problem is when i try and select a server to build my first charicter it makes me wait for about 15 mins and then disconects me (dissconected from server , reconect, ok) even when i try to reconnect it gives me the same result , this is happening on both servers.
allso when i type my user and password in it says (allready logged in (7) ) even when id only just typed it in for the first time.
any help would be great thank you :,)

 

what version is ur aion client. run the ncsoft launcher, right click aion -> properties and check there (or version.ini in ur aion folder, same thing)

if its 3.5, ull have to downgrade here
