Problem with alliance/group member status bar

everytime i join an alliance or group, i am unable to see the other members properly. some show up as a 'blank character', while others can't be seen at all. also, even those that show up sometimes disappear and reappear on the status bar. anyone else had this problem?







as you can see in the pictures my member don't show up properly, making it a challenge for me to buff and heal them. any ideas on how i can fix this?

edit: just another question: i can't seem to see korean characters; they show up as boxes. is there a way to fix this too?

Downgrade your aion.. gamez is on [FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]3.0.0 if you have any higher aion version it will f*ck up your party's.[/FONT]

oh i thought i downgraded it already and it still happened, hence the question. repaired and downgraded it again, and it worked! thanks
