    and also the last lines of the chapter
    "My son, born in darkness" either isshin isn't his real dad (which i DOUBT because they both use getsuga tenshou) or Juha is his grandpa, they are probably related somehow.

    It would also explain how Isshin lost his Shinigami powers and got kicked out Soul Society. I'm going to assume that he used to be a Captain because during the Aizen arc, you see Isshin's robes and it looks like he had a Captain's coat tied around him. He probably lost that position for marrying Ichigo's Mom, who is Juha Bach's daughter.
