mailbox problem

    I play at lumiel with 5 characters and my mailbox at one of them is full and everytime i try to open it the game crashes.
    Is there a solution?

    You can send a PM to Alente asking to fix it, however every item from that mailbox will have to be deleted in order to fix and there's no other way. PM him with informations such as which character is bugged and the account to make it faster, a screenshot should do it too.

    they added a chat command to empty ur mail box, though if u have items in the mails ud lose them all. alternatively an admin would have to access the database and wipe just enough to get u under the limit so u could access it again

    they never really made the command public (said it once in a random thread) so i no longer remember it. its not listed anywhere so ud have to get it out of alente or some1 who knows it

    The command is .clearmail, but I've tried it and so have others, it doesn't really seem to work, just like Cami said, but I may be wrong o.o
