    To you, you will need to provide me with screenshot of your web-shop purchase history via a screenshot and also via a PM. if not then I can't do much for you. If you can at least do that for me I can see if we can see what happened.

    However, the web shop also has a notorious being slow and sending your items via ingame mail sometimes. Soooo. I can't say right away if we will replace it or not. =X
