Server Transfer Question

How long does it normally take for a char to transfer? When I placed the transfer request, it said 5 to 10 minutes I think. It's been over an hour, and according to the website the char hasn't moved yet. I'm afraid to log into the game and screw something up. Thanks in advance.

Well it's been over 24 hours and nothing... I'm guessing it failed. T.T

 

if your inventory and warhouse are full it will keep failing

 

I have the same problem But, if I remove something from the WH and Inv will it work? Or do I need to collect the credits again? :S

 

Neither my warehouse or my personal inventory are completely full. What's the cut off (if there is one.) Also on the website it still says transfer in progress and my credits haven't been returned.

 

just pm a senior am and they should be able to refund those. It happens to me all the time idk why. I have a character on siel that just will not transfer at all so i had to end up trying to transfer a different char

 

Should be refunded.

Happens sometimes when certain quests are done. Best I can recommend is try it again.

 

It seems to have failed again QQ. I even emptied my pets' bags. Any idea of which quests cause the problem; so, I can check to see if i've done them?
