Characters Delete?????

Hi all,


i have very big problem.... today i log into the game and i choose siel server and what i saw?!! all my characters was deleted??

whats the reason and how is it possible? Yesterday i bought vip and iam player who observes all rules of gamezaion.

Account name: Hellercz


Only me know account password.

/Edit: on gamezaion web i checked ban section and nothing there (+ i never did something what is baneable)

It might be a new odd bug, I don't know, but, 98% you have been hacked._.

 

So admins cant help me to get my characters back? bcs its server protection problem..

 

sad to know.. but the chances that they will help are really low

Did you give away your account info? I don't think they are going to do something about this if this is not a bug.

Lol.... i spent money for this server, i observe all rules and some stupid hacker hacked my account and admins maybe not help me....

I heared Alente is sick. I sent my big problem with PM 10 days ago. but still didn't answer me... That's mean we must wait.

lol true) i've seen 1 movie with 5 of u hacking^^ . whut mean fair in your world?^^ nvm maybe is a bug^^ and u will get back kinah at last. but i wanna ask u something.....can u please make new char ...go on ascesion quest...then check your warehouse....if there still are shlts things left ofc u was hacked^^ and look at how many cubes have storage. if have main number then is a database mistake

Your saying you lost your account basically, so that there in lies a problem.

Saying you are the only one who knew your password.
Obviously false

If someone managed to 'hack' one account, then I am rather sure that there would be multiple people with the same issue currently and there would be more threads and or questions about such a thing.

Seeing how you are the only person who has experienced said anything about this, and there in validates my point of the account not being hacked, it leaves a few options to tinker with here.

Those options?
1) You tried to use third party software (Keylogger)
2) You play in an unsafe environment (i.e. Net Cafe) (Keylogger installed on the machine)
3) You shared your account with a friend.
4) You tried to get 'free' something and put your account information into a fake site

Sooo those being the only actual options available to you to be able to successfully lose your account. I will leave with this and well pretty sure Daaxie said it already.

Account security is your responsibility. We will not restore characters lost due to improper handling of your account by yourself.
