Cannot connect to authorization server

i have a problem!

i launch the gamezaion launcher and write:Contacting/start game and i write name and password...the game write :Cannot connect to authorization server


on other place lets in only in a student hostel not

please help me!

 

Did you or someone install any Ping Reducer like ReduceTheLag or Direct IP?

 

i manage to login but got hang at the server selection screen need help thank

i manage to downgrade but i get this message module error 16004 and aion error create system interface failed pls help

 

Sounds like that was the items.pak, delete the Item folder on Data/Usa/Items and Data/Europe/Items, and download the original (it is on the thread too) and put it in Data/Items, then try again.

Guiilleh i try the all the link tat u post to me but still got the same message pop up
i could only repair and try

 

The items.pak is corrupted (is not the original from NCsoft if you have the 2.7 or 3.0 one posted here on forums by Smartik) so it might cause problems that is why I told you to delete those, you can repair (it will update to 3.5 but here is the link to downgrade: [thread]136808[/thread] ) and if you have Win7 install the items.pak in order to be able to trade items.

 

so i have to delete the item folder and create a new one?

Just delete the 3 folders I told you in the first post and then repair, NCsoft will create and repair that:3.
