question about mount bug

ive seen so many players elevating themselves and climbing mountains using mounts and ive seen them do that since so long ago.. but why since now some p[layers are still doing that???
even general citruslemon im not so sure of his name did that climb me at my kisk. and some players teleporting at my kisk at an instant.. i dont have proof but i think some players have already noticed that..

oh btw any gm pls check 'psybuster' an sm coz he just teleported at me in a blink of an eye thanks in advance
