    The lvl 30 guardian pvp gear thing?
    Go to heiron and fly up go into the red red ring and go into the big big place with NPCs and go into the right room as you get in, theres a bunch of AP seller thingies.

    nah not the lvl 30 ones.i meant the lvl 55 ones.i know there's a teleporter to get to the place for asmo side but im not sure of the elyos one =x

    when you enter in Sanctum walk a little and make left and you will see the TELEPORTER

    You stll cannot buy Guardian Patrol stuff yet except the helms, it's still not implemented for Elyos :<

    Yes you can, enter sanctum and go to Leah, who you talked to after ascension. Check to her left and you will see an obelisk. Inside will be a region called "Cloister of Kaisnel" in which the Guardian Patrol equips will be for sale. They are a ton of AP each, though...
