Need help with LVL 60 desing!!!

I cant buy in NPC (can not find it in tigrati island/pernon/primun/pande)... need information!! only see in npc for heroic (gold) weapon but no for eternal (orange)

Level 60 balic designs which uses 3 failed fabled items to get the eternal one currently is non-existent or the source is still unknown. I've check even the NA retail forums few weeks ago and found a few threads with the same topic and even there, no one knows where or how to get them.

 

I asked my bg in retail and he said that that design is in Korean Aion only, hopefully we will get it in our next update.

No only luck.. it is a hard work!! what is price for staff in Credit in the game? (not in shop, to sell to people)

 

I've seen people selling it for 3K vip I don't know about siel.

 

Why the hell does everyone want the "easy" method of obtaining anything worth making? Its already enough that we need to vote/donate to get the best pvp gear. We do not also need them to add craftable pve items in it as well, stop being lazy and just keep crafting for it.

Anyway on topic, while the craft itself is indeed in the database for 3 fails = 1 "proc" the item is not obtainable in game.
