    The helm drops in instances like Rentus Base and Raksang or from world bosses like Tatar and Kradi. The armor set can be obtained through exchanging Fortuneer Tokens (for Elyos) or Daemon Tokens (for Asmodian) to your respective NPC which is located in Inggison / Gelkmaros Fortress.
