Server Transfer Problem

I tried to move my asmo Karemiwen from lumiel to siel, but it failed. I've removed a bunch of items from my inventory and would like to try again. Thanks.

 

Ummm you need to make sure that you have 6 chars or less on siel befor transfer... Just follow the info that is set on Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server for transfer request.... Good luck.

 

I only have 2 chars on siel, one of which I transferred earlier. I think the problem was I had too many items in my inventory. Basically I need the transfer cancelled and my credits returned; so, I can try again.

 

Still having this problem. Need the transfer cancelled and my credits returned please.

 

Read the description:

• You cannot transfer a player within a legion
• You cannot transfer to a server with more than 7 players in your account on that server
• Your account must be offline during the transfer
• Your account must have 1500 credits to start the transfer
• Your player abyss points will not be transferred
• Your player friends list will not be transferred
• All broker items will not be transferred
• All player mail will not be transferred
• If another player has the same name, "_UNK" will be added at the end of your name and you will be given a name change ticket"

so, please make sure you did everything.

 

I need my failed transfer cancelled and my credits refunded. It's been 4 days now. This is getting old.

edit: I sent a pm to Vildiill 4 days ago, but haven't heard any response. He may be on vacation or something. Just pm'd Puddles today. I have spoken with a couple regular and traineed am's that were very helpful, but they didn't have the access needed to help me.

 

All pending transfers have been cancelled.
