    I have more screenshots, but i think this one tells it all... it is impossible to target him/her/it.

    Please post reports in the reports section of the forums, a GM/Admin will decide if they should be banned/warned or not. Since this is a bug they would tell them to log off and log back in and if they don't they would be banned.
