Leveling and Quests

    How do I level, I mean should I just grind or should I do quests?
    And also, do I need to do the campaign quests?

    I searched for a leveling guide but I couldn't find anyone- maybe I didn't search enough.

    Doing campaign quests is a lot faster than actually grinding on mobs. If you got a friend playing the game as well, you could ask him/her to mentor you, that's the fastest way to level up.

    Fastest way: Find someone nice enough to help you.
    Solo way: Look at the campaign quests, and see which gives you the most xp.
    Some other suggestions: Fragment of memory 1,2,3 (you'll find people that'll help you). Brigadier quest, Calydron ruins, Atropos' quest, and the Josnack Dilemma(forgot how to spell it -- it's in theo - don't have time to look it up).
