boost physical defense ?

    is there a food or drink that boosts physical defense ???
    i am a sorcerer so plz reply

    Physical defense wouldn't help you much to be honest, unless the potion gave you over 1k.

    Aion is not like other MMOs, phys def is mostly useless. You'd need a lot to even notice a difference.

    10 def = 1 physical damage absorb. You would need a huge amount to reduce the 1-5k hits that you take by any amount that worth it.
