    Try using Game Booster, or Battle Ping.
    If neither of those fixes your lag issue you might want to update your graphics system.
    Perhaps it is time to drop another few hundred dollars on a new graphics card?

    Edit: I forgot about Leatrix, try that sir, it is a very popular Latency fix that works well on private servers
