Cannot connect or log in to the server...

Pls do a do something Sir and MAM gm's why we cannot connect to the server.... I did 4 time's attempt but still failed...... is server do reboot or restart? pls inform us ty......

 

me to . same Problem ! if i try to Connect The First action ( You Already Log in ) and The Second ( You Can Enter The Server )

are you guys using ping reducers (RTL,WTFast,etc) its probably expired

and i don`t know what happen ...
and my Friend talk to me ! and He Can Log in in Other ip . but in this ip .. he can`t log in or connect in this ip ..
So My IP address is BAN ?

we we're not using ping reducer. we played a few minute ago and then after an hour we aren't able to connect the server .

 

Still we will be waitng here Sir and Mam or your opinion or suggestion about our problem....

 

Hi, i`m new in the server, i just install Aion and GamezAion, and then when i select a server the game stuck and after like 5 mins the client says "You are disconnected from the game server".



U guys have the same problem'??

 

but when i try to connect on other's cafe net shop it work's....... i mean i can connect......

 

well guess you have to play at another cafe or your previous cafe have to change ip if that doesnt work then it's probably the aion client

 

What version of aion do you have i was with 3.5 and i had the same problem but i downgraded to 3.0.0 and i don't have any problems now..

 

Me also. I also can't log in my account. My 1st log in says "you are already log in (7)" and I try it 2nd time and I log in and then i click the "accept" then "failed to connect to the game server". I try it many times but it always the same.. Please help me GM or any staff or give a solution to my post.. Thank you..

What error message are you getting? You're not providing enough information for anyone to help you. If you've updated your clients to 3.5 you'll need to downgrade using this link.

Log in the 1st time and when you get that "you are already logged in" error press ok then wait about 30 seconds. Try again after that.

Again, provide error messages or no one can help you.

You've probably logged onto the wrong realm. At the bottom there should be a button called "Select Server" - click that.

 

Hi everyone, Im totally new to Aion in general, spent all day downloading it cuz im interested in trying to play.. but.. i seem to have a problem connecting to a server, I log in, and I get a suggestions window saying Lumiel is the suggested server and asks if i want to connect to it, i have clicked yes to connect.. and i wait and wait and wait 5 minutes later i get a pop up saying i have disconnected to server.. i've tried this for the past 30 minutes .-. what am i doing wrong?

 

Ill have to uninstall and re-install the game, so ^^; i'll see you guys tomorrow once its finished

 

im getting the EXACT same problem, i just joined today, is it because we need Aion 3.0 and we have like 3.5 or 4?
