Consideration in the Players

Ok, I'm new to this server, and already have a problem without even entering the actual game. Somehow when i login it says this account is already logged, tried again and then when I got to the servers and picked one of them, it froze. Maybe about 1-2 minutes, then it disconnected me. Err,,,, I tried deleting my item.pak folder and all that garbage information, repairing Aion from NCsoft, reinstalling Aion.... None of that worked. As I look threw the Game Issues forums I see alot of people having the same problem for over a month.?! It would be appreciated if you announce that you were working on this problem, without letting ingame players helping each other which is not a bad thing. My apologies if you fixed this but I looked around the forums and found several threads of ways to make the game work.. none helped. Hopefully someone reads this and helps me and helps the rest of the community in playing this awesome game, props on making this private server though.

Why isn't this on the actual official website? Some people are rather to lazy to look threw the forums,
