Campaing Quest The Guiding Hand (Sarpan) rewards bugged?

Hi,

I completed this quest but when I finnished it to retrieve my reward (staff) log only show :

You recieved [insert long item number here]

and now I have a "blanck" socket on my cube which seems to link some item but doesnt show stats , I can equip it even you cant see any weapon equipped in my graphics char.

Is this a bug or some kind of capped limitation for quest reward?

How can I contact a GM online?

Your item.pak is not working properly if the item is showing up like that.

I would suggest you switch item.paks with another on forums, or use the default one from NCSoft.

If either of those solutions do not work, then you may need to repair your client and then re-downgrade to 3.0.0.4.

I've tried with this items pack:

And after get same results I did a full fresh reinstall for Aion NA clients, but the issue still happenings only with this specific item (staff from reward).

After a fast query to Aionarmory to this quest now I can't see any staff as a reward from it so i suspect this quest has been changed ... and this could be the origin of the issue? is it possible?

That quest reward is bugged in server side, is not the items.pak, I saw over the forums that using the original items.pak to claim the reward could help, but I haven't tested it by myself.
