Why i cant trade an item bought from the broker?

    Ive bought a "Primal Spirit Staff" from broker. and now i cant even trade or sell it through the broker....
    WHYWHYWHY??
    Did anyone have this problem too?
    GM/anyone can help me plz???

    PS: ive downloaded the item.pak already. So i dont know whts wrong with it :(
