need help to play aion

    hello guys, i recently installed aion and everything is working perfectly but there is a little problem. When i get to the select server screen, i select a server and then the screen just froze. there is no response or anything until a couple minutes later a message pops up and says that i have been disconnected.. is there any help to this as i am new and really want to play.. please help me !
