weapon disappeared after fusion ?

Hey, i been having huge prob in the game for these two days now i guess, i have such bug that made my lose half of my combined weapon, After i combined my balic greatsword and ac greatsword weapon became red and asked me to get abys rank 1, so i tryed to get the rank and got dc, next thing i saw when i loged in half of weapon was missing i mean its like ac was never there so idk wut the hell should i do. maybe any one have or had such an experiance and know how do i get the weapon back or somerthing, pls leave ur opinions thanks - sorry for my english

i did and meny times sir, but still the same thing so i hope there is some one with same bug that could advice me or something ;(

 

This happened to me twice already... the only thing you can do is make screenshots from the fusing and show that to the GMs... then you get your weapon back, else they can do nothing (the answers i got from them)..

 

Just put in the wherehouse after unfuse(dont equp, just put there after diffuse) making that u will not need to relog.
