used points on website, failed to get item

    so i saved up 2000 votes, used the voting system on the website, and i never got my item. ive been checking the mail and my inventory and bank. can you guys either give me the item or reimburse me and ill just use the black cloud traders shop? i know i did it right cause it used up all my points :(

    How long has it been since you used your credits on the main website?

    Take a screen shot of purchase history from the main website and send a PM to any Senior AM about it.

    sent one to puddles a day ago and still no response from either of them. IS THERE ANYONE THAT WILL ACTUALLY FIX THIS PROBLEM? or do i need to send a pm to every single staff member?

    ok this is some BS. i saved up all my votes for 20 days, used them on the GAMEZ VOTING SYSTEM, and it FAILED. now, its been 5 days since, and nobody has lifted a finger to actually help, or get someone that can. i have sent 3 pms to AMs and they havent even responded. you guys call yourself a staff? this is very unprofessional. if you guys want people to play here, you should at least fix the problems they have, or ATTEMPT to. i have even donated to you guys before. and this is what i get?

    few of them is unprofessional... They don't even understand the problem of an ordinary player's..Sometime's,didn't get the point of what you explain.. Good Luck mate.. ^^

    If you were online while you purchased the item, you should have received pink express mail from the black cloud trader's shop.

    If still nothing, we would have to have someone check our database to see if it was delivered or not. Preferrably PM Alente or any other SAM about the issue.

    edit: Also recommended to log onto your characters for a minimum of 15 minutes and check your mailbox regularly.
