(btw i bought a pre paid visa with 125$ on it and payed for points like that) (i have never had a problem buyin points before so why now) ..........

 

It means that, they are holding your payment.

Verification for CID the CID number is the 3 digit number on the back of the card.

Also, when you contact them; provide your Gamez Aion Account Name, and send it from the registered email address to that account.

They should provide you with more instructions to verify though if you need more assistance please feel free to post here.

What if i dont remember what email i signed up with but i send it from my main email now.... o.e I sent them my drivers licence picture and proof of purchase transaction and 3 number ont he back of the card

Okay good thank you LOL i bought 300$ worth of visa's today (lost my debit card >.>) and im planning on donating it all tonight... hope this problem doesnt come up again.. i donated 50$ last night no problem.
