Initialize RD failed

Hello,i've got a problem. Whenever i try to start Aion with Gamez launcher or the .bat file i get an error named "initialize RD failed" which is followed by a "create system interface failed" error. I've run out of option,can u please tell me what to do? Ty in advance

is it a clean client? if yes, repair through ncsoft launcher and try again

did u try downgrading yet? if u did, count the number of files in ur bin32 folder

 

hi,thx for replying,yes its a clean client,i've just installed it using ncsoft,followed you're instructions on downgrading,it's version is now 3.0.0.4 and the number of elements in my bin32 folder is 18.

forgot to tell i've already tried repairing and re-downgrading

The gamez launcher should be in this path:

C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion (North America)

You also have to put the other files there that comes with the launcher

Else it wil not work

 

Nightflyer,believe me,i'm not an expert but i do know how to install a launcher in the right folder. i did what u said and still nothing.

 

Yeah figured it out finally,seems that when u install aion using nclauncher u install it in a folder and the launcher installs in another folder so u have to merge those 2 folders then install the gamez launcher then downgrade and launch using gamezaion.bat file and it works,thx all for advices
