My account is blocked, please, i need some help!

My account with character Spiderbuff, i can't login at client. But i can vote, i can check the items and change her password. But i can't login at aion client. I need some AM for unlock my account and change my e-mail for another.


Please, somebody help me! I wanna play AION!!!!!!!!

 

Your account is not banned as you can view your items through the web site, what aion version do you have? have you played aion recently?

Long time no chat. By, blocked; are you getting any specific error codes? Or is the game saying failed to connect to authorization server, you are already logged in?

Were you logged in and or playing then disconnected, in an area? If so then yes your character itself may be stuck. Accounts, relatively do not get stuck on a basis of the entire account, being a singular character and all that will be effected allowing other ones on the same account to still log in.

What was said above is somewhat incorrect as banned accounts will still be able to access GamezAion.com and all the functions / features there of; though they would be to little avail. If the account is banned by chance, you would have to check the lowest link "Ban System" and provide us with a ban id. This would only pertain to you receiving the error "Cannot login from this IP(22)" that is the message given by the game for a banned account.

The more information you can provide us, the better.

I've been away from gamezaion long after being hacked.
But I'm back. Gradually, I will return the great battles. For now, I just need to vote to have the equipment needed for pvp. Could you change my account e-mail, please? my old email has been hacked too.

It would most likely be best if you simply made a new account in this case.

As, if you do not have access to the email we cannot verify who you are reliably so and put in a request for any changes to account information.

 

I can access my e-mail. But, it have some hacker scripts inside (all time i receive error messages and have 40k+ messages WTF). I won't use my old e-mail. So, could you change my old e-mail for new e-mail?
