First I would like to say sorry that you lost your things. There is however nothing we will be able to do for you as there are very, very few options to lose the security that you have on your game account.

These options being:
1) Sharing accounts
2) Attempting to use third party software
3) Playing in an unsafe enviorment
4) Going to a 'fake website'

In all of the above scenarios, you compromise your own account.

As such, never trust anyone with your account information.

Gamez Network staff will only ever ask you for Character names / ban id's / and or registered email addresses to accounts depending on circumstances, we may need the account name itself but that is somewhat rare.

We will NEVER ask you for any passwords as they are irrelevant.

I am sorry we will be unable to help you with this, but again as posted above. Your account is your responsibility.
