Server Gamez Crashes when entering

Good morning guys, I have a small problem that unfortunately I'm not able to connect the server Gamez ... Because I go into the server of NCsoft AION AION go into other's but does not enter the server Gamez.
So my problem is this.
I open the Launcher Gamez, after I click Start Game ai opens Aion.bin
And hangs there ... I left my computer on, waited, waited and nothing ... I use Windows 8 3GB Memory ...
Please someone min of a Light.

Do you did the downgrade and installed the win8 fix?
