Can't get it to work...please help

Hey, I spent 6 and a half hours today downloading and patching Aion, and when I finaly finished itand installed the Gamez Aion Launcher it wouldn't loadand said something like "the game isn't available in your country".

I have the thing in the ncsoft launcher set to North America,and the language to english. I go there to check anyway and then I use repair. After a few minutes it was done, and I tried ot log in. This time it did get past the splash screen but gave me an error message saying "Aion stopped working" while the ncsoft page was in my screen. I then reinstalled the gamez aion launcher and now it's saying the not available in your country thing again!

Please help, as soon as possible

Edit:now it says the "stopped working" thing again.

 

Well, why not use the search button when you have a problem??? :whistling:

My friend had the same problem, go to the guide section, search there in the stickied section and.. use the search button for your problems before making a topic. Good luck o;

 

oh lol ty. Didn't see that but I thought that guide only solved the "not available in your country" thing, not the error when I was able to get trhough that...Anyway, I only had 1 folder (Aion) not 2, so I decided to uninstall the game. Should I set it to north america before or after installing the game?

 

that also happened to me at first.
Ihad accidently inslalled gamez aion stuff in wrong folder, so make sure you installed where it needs to be.

 

You have to download to north america not europe

 

So I set it to north america, download, install, patch, install the gamez aion launcher and go?

i have the same problem be4, when i load to the black screen with NCsoft word then it said game stop working. So i tried to go to the NCsoft retail launcher and start the game, it asked me to update the directX thingy so i did, after that i resinstall the gamezaion installer it work, try it my way if u want.
