    I was finaly happy to see this quest implemented and i started it and at the second NPC Ampria i stoped becoze its not there, Ampria is missing. plz do something.

    Actualy he is explaine not "explane".
    And for Rising Black i made this post exacly for the reason that Ampria NPC was not there, so u did nothing except pointing the obvious.
