After 12 hours im still waiting for transfer service,thisis really annoying, please i need a solution, thanks

i make the transfer but it did not work and now I have the credits again. there is a problem with my account or service?

 

make sure you follow all the requirements for a transfer (leaving legion etc). the most common reason for failed transfers is trying to take too many items with you. try get rid of some stuff and try again

 

hhmm i have 2 lines free in WH, but in siel have 5 characters, and one is asmo, could be this a problem?

 

I meet all the requirements, also delete the asmo and some items. but still not work. >.< ????????

 

Is your inventory full too? Try to have at least 5 empty rows in your wh and at least 1 free cube in your inventory.
Anyway, remember that you have to be offline during the transfer. It should take up to 5-15 minutes.

 

i have 6 empty lines in wh and 2 in lines in my inventory. And im off.

 

still not working, any ideas??? this is becoming very annoying ,dont know what else to do....

 

Your making sure to follow the guide on the page to the letter, along with that as well?

Your not attempting to log into the account at all either.
Just waiting for it to go off the 'active player transfer' when you refresh the page?

 

I meet all the requirements, im off in game and web.. i have the credits again, i will do the transfer one more time.
