Fix the Rifts/Make Lowbie Camping Bannable

    It is becoming a complete joke now i have a 3 day break due to stupid idiots camping every quest area and not even having time to try and fly else where. I come back to find the same trash legion continuing to do it constantly. Either make this shit bannable or fix the stupid rifts. Its just killing the player base and makes the server completely unenjoyable while trying to hit 55

    Well i think they have to jail all of know you enemy then, thats all the do is camp browns at GBG
