Initialize RD Failed

    I keep getting this "Initialize RD failed Error" (RD modeul Error 16004) and then "CreatSystemInterfaceFailed" pops up anyone have the answers to this?

    yea count the files in ur bin32 folder, if its 18 instead of like 50 u screwed up the downgrade and ended up losing most of the dlls xd either get the bin32 folder from some1 else or repair and downgrade properly. i suggest backing up ur bin32 be4 downgrading in case it happens again
