I cant login inside the game

I type my Account name and then my password and it say ID or Password does not match.
Now, I can login the site of Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server with the same account name and password that I use to login the game, and I changed my password already to try to login inside the game and it still doesnt match :S

 

make sure you aren't using special characters. only letters and numbers will be recognized, otherwise it will say they don't match

 

In my account name its just small letters and some numbers and my password contains small letters and some numbers,and there's no special characters in my acc or password

 

in that case you are most likely trying to login to retail. install the gamez launcher and run the game through it

 

I did it right now and it still doesnt work ... I dont know what to do, I waited 2 days untill this game will be downloaded and installed to my pc /:

 

well at the very least your client is too new, gamez runs on 3.0.0.4 and your client is 3.5.0.6 so you would have to downgrade. however your version should be supported after the update on december 18th so you might just want to wait for 2 days until then and try again
