need answers

a week ago I posted here about my ban, I mean it was not a ban was just a bug .. and until today had nothing to answer about it ..

What should I do? just give in?

Remember:
After a few months without playing and come back to gamez:
When I look at the site, control panel and click on system " ban system " there is no ban reason. When I enter the game the following message appears: " You cannot acess the game thought this IP ."

someone help me solve this?

PS when pming dont do a rage message, be calm rational and explain with as much detail as you can. If your are polite and proper people are more likely to help as much as they can.

 

already try to reinstall your launcher from this Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server try to download the launcher and install it on your aion folder. If still can't try Ask Gm about your account.

 

it wont be coz of the launcher. when u get a ban message it means it checked u against the database so the connection if fine. im thinking it could be a ping reducer or a net cafe IP ban so there is nothing wrong with his account as it is, but the IP used is the issue

that is unless he was banned directly by an admin ingame, those didnt show up in the ban system on the site
