Can't access the game ! pls if anyone can help..

Hi guys, please if someone can tell me whats going on with my game, i basically log in after a wild, it shows me that i m already logged in(7) then i try again... it logs me in... i press ok to go to the next step where it shows you the characters and u pick on before u start the game but it doesn't show me the characters its like it gets stuck just before that... and i can see only the image on the background... i don't know what to do !! i install the game from the website. i use the patch from the website.. my client and game r up to date + its set on the N America.. what can be the problem?

First of all, post in the correction section mate so that we will know what game you are having trouble with. prolly theres something missing in the files that you have downloaded,

About your problem, what Aion version are you running with?
Have you played here before or is it your first time?

Keep in mind that GamezAion will be 3.7 tomorrow/in some hours.

 

Correct section i mean, and yeah as what Guiilleh said, server is currently updating in a few hours.
