Negative tolls

Well, I've tried to fix this isuee thru PMs but noone given me a reply back, the one who tried to help me wasn't that lucky and I thank you a lot(Ari - deathangel) but well, I haven't got a reply so I had to make this "public".

@STORY: My friend has negative tolls on his account, how did this happen? I actually don't know cuz I haven't had a reply as you read before, some people said that this is because of a cancelled donation, so my friend checked out their donation details and ye, he has found that there were 3 donations, 2 cancelled and another one in pending - However, this happened like 2/3 months ago, after he donated he had some personal issues so he stopped playing and now he is back but he has these negative tolls, he tried by voting to check if it was just a bug, and no, he had like -1090 tolls and after voting he had -1040 or so... I don't know who else should I PM about this issue, I speak for my friend cuz he doesn't understand nor speak english at all.

I just hope Alente or someone who CAN help me might reply in this thread...

Here you got the proof, please fix this or at least be honest and reply, even if it's a negative reply I don't care, I just want a REPLY.

didnt know about punishments for canceled donations. the only rule that could potentially apply is this:

• You agree, that all transactions made are final and will not be refunded in any way.

in the past, reversed donations long after donating to get your money back resulted in account bans. in this case it seems like a donation was just canceled, not refunded. i dont know if there are transaction fees that gamez is charged for in the process (which would explain why they take it away from you).

either way, i dont think it says anywhere that they will take credits away and how much (fixed amount, proportion of how much you donated etc). they should definitely make this public and visible in their terms on the donate page here

would help if you knew how many credits he had just before and just after the canceled donation. it seems like if he kept voting he would get out of the negative eventually but yea it sucks and details from staff would be appreciated since this is not stated anywhere

 

I'll tell my friend to do it so, but he didn't touch anything to provide a good proof though

Thanks for the help, didn't know about that ban thing but my friend tried to donate and this is what happened, he said he donated over 6k but 2 were cancelled and refunded as it says and the other one is still in pending or idk ;|.. about how many tolls he had before voting, well he just voted once and realized that what I just told in the 1st post, so he had like -1090 or so but he just doesn't care about that 2k donation stuff, he just wants his tolls back (Having 1090 tolls again) and ye, kinda suck to start voting to get negative into positive tolls, that'd take like 1 month lol

 

wait so u mean his toll flipped signs? as in from positive 1090 to -1090? it didnt sound like that from the beginning thats why i was considering a cancellation penalty or what not. yea that is weird. not sure if its Lautaro who coded the site but u could ask them to take a look at the scripts again to see what happens when donations get canceled

 

yep he had them in positive, he donated and a few days later he had some personal issues and he quitted for 2 months, now he's back but he has this issue lol he and I don't know what to do, noone is giving an answer or something ;|
