why i cant buy new item at website item shop?

    im surely cant online gamezaion at game , because i have an important event with my family , so i just can buy new item at website ,
    but why i cant buy new item at website ? :(

    he means the website holiday shop wasnt so reliable in the past and people got wrong items or none at all etc. it is better to buy stuff ingame. i dont think they even added the holiday shop to the web this time

    the xmass section of black cloud trader will be removed eventually, it is a seasonal thing only. other items might remain (HAC and the likes)
