Having trouble Starting game

    When I open the launcher for Gamez I think its opening Aion the actual game instead because when I sign in and get pass the Accept terms of service part it doesn't give me a choice to choose a server it just says server isn't available. if anyone has the time. can we use team viewer and you can take a look at my folder. I don't know if something wrong or not. Thank You - Vanna <3:kissing:

    1.What version of windows are you using?
    2. What Version of Aion is Running. (You Should be updated to 3.5.0.6)
    3. Have you installed the new Item pack and if you have did you check to see if the other folders dont have anything in them like the guide mentioned.

    im using windows 8, the last patch on here is Aion_Main_3.5.0.0To3.5.0.6.ncpatch do you have TeamVeiwer its hard for me to explain it would be easier for me to show you. it would mean a big help to me :]

    I dont have team viewer but your problem is windows 8 its not completely compatible with aion atm.

    Refer to this link its a possible fix. Win8fix37.rar Extract it to your aion folder

    Can you screen shot your folder and I can compare mine folder to yours? my folders might be mixed up

    It is causing problems for a bunch of people.

    I'll edit this post with a link to a fix if there is one, if not then just hold tight.

    You would need to update it via NCSoft Launcher. o_O; I don't think there was anything about downgrading at all in that thread.

    oh im sorry I must have miss read that. but I tried to update and its already fully updated. I'm doing a repair check now to see if that works.
