New Dungeon for Aion

 

I just want you all guys/gals to know that I enjoyed playing on this server, i had some lots of memories since 1.5, got some friends in game and also in real life cu'z of this game.

Aion was a great game, best MMO I've ever played. I wish to celebrate Christmas but I can't due to this incoming phenomenon.

I hope i'll be welcome in heaven, hell is too hot for me. It's already 9:30 here, 2 and a half hours left till "KAA BOOM!" guys.
I'm currently here in the tip of the mountain, hoping it'll not burst or tidal wave won't reach here.

nab, that's just a gif, not a countdown clock...but maybe...MAYBE A PARADOX CAN BE CREATED OUT OF THIS, and the end of the world will be stopped while this countdown doesn't reach 0! IM A GENIUS OMG!

 

We won't get hit by a meteor suddenly. We'll see that coming. Nor will we get sucked into a black hole, those things have such gravitational forces that we will literally "feel" the black coming for over a hundred years before it sucks us up. More likely it will be a gamma ray burst that will burn away the atmosphere and we will all suffer and die from a combination of gamma ray radiation from the burst, uv exposure from the sun, and other kinds of harmful radation from space.

Though a few of us may get lucky and get super powers. I was part of a medical study from Covance where they did investigative drugs a few years back and I received medication to protect me from gamma radiation so I should be fun. Gonna suck for all you guys though!

That´s.... I have no words to express my facepalm. First and foremost for a black hole to happen, a big star with a hell of mass and size need to collapse itself and explode in order to create one, most of the time turning into a SuperNova; more importantly, not all SuperNovas can turn into Black Holes simply because it needs to be such a big ass star to do so. If such star were to be close enough to become a Black Hole and suck us in, we most likely would have died already by the cataclysmic levels of cosmic radiation, most likely our days would be far more bright than it is now, and maybe even without nights. And more important, the collapse and subsequent explosion would simple pulverize earth before even being sucked by the late to be Black Hole.

Now, I beg you please don´t rebut this by saying that the sun would become a Black Hole, its impossible. Our star is a yellow one, and very small one as well, when our star finally consume its Hydrogen, that is the fuel for the fusion reaction that powers it up, it would start consuming its Helium, by that time it would loose its cohesiveness and expand its outer layer to the orbit of our planet, process that would take a fair large amount of years. Even before the outer layer of our star managed to get near Venus its Brightness and radiation would have dried the Earth and vanishing all life and most of the evidence that we were even here. And by the time it has reached our orbit it would consume the planet. Afterwards it would collapse itself into a Brown Dwarf and loose its bright for good and finally extinguishing itself... No Black Hole, never.

Science is great when its done well.
