The Case of the Disappearing Kinah

Hi All,

I'm relatively new to Aion and don't have a lot of the common knowledge that many of you have. I was wondering if someone could provide some information about max kinah in warehouse and inventory. Also what happens to kinah that exceeds the max?

Reason for asking:
Today I was putting some money from my inventory to my warehouse... i'm not sure how much i put nor how much was previously in the warehouse. However the total after was 10b and i didn't think anything was wrong. Later on I went to put 600mil and expected the total to go to 10.6 but it remained at 10. I put in 1mil more to "test" and still the total remained at 10b.

I don't mind if i just learned a very expensive lesson, but can someone confirm that the 600mil (and anything from the first deposit) is gone and cannot be recovered? If so can anyone suggest alternatives other than "make a new toon and keep the kinah there"

There's a hard kinah cap of 10 billion. Unfortunately, in scenarios like this, we're not allowed to issue refunds without full proof.

If you have screenshots of a before/after, I might be able to do something.

In the event you need to store more, I would, as you say, recommend making a new character to store said kinah on. I would also recommend using the account warehouse, though that is limited to 10b as well.
