    Just given from surveys ingame as far as I'm aware of for the moment.

    Retail wise they don't drop. L60 Composite (dual stat) ones drop from a box given from Hexway instance or from the 12 man Dragon Lord Refuge instance.

    Its "3.7" but the patch number is 3.5.0.6 NCWest didnt get the full 3.5 update missing out on some stuff so they made "3.7" even though its only a minor update.
