1st- I have donated 7 € = 1000 credits

2nd- Those credits haven't been credited in my account

3th- This message appears

5th- No one answered yet

6th- when i log in in gamez aion i have negative credits (WTFFFF) are you kidding with me ???

7th- its not the 1st time i donate and is the 1st time that this shit happends to me

8th - i contact alente , no answer yet

Suggest you wait for their reply to you, seeing how they are more than likely wanting you to verify your personal information with them. Which is in most cases what happens.

As for the negative credits, that just shows that a reversal of payment has occurred.

It normally takes 24-48 hours for those companies to reply to inquiries with little to no information given to them, as they require more than just what you had provided to them in reply.

There is nothing that Alente really can do, given the fact that GamezNetwork has no control over either SR or PW verification of funding other than the automated systems used to credit the accounts. The negative credit issue will be forwarded to Alente when he is back at his home and reviewed.

All other issues with non-receipt of credits need to be handled via SR or PW seeing how they are requesting verification.

 

Negative credits implies your transaction was cancelled and your screenshots support that.

I'm actually surprised our system hasn't automatically banned your account from Gamez. There's nothing we can do about your transaction being put on hold, you need to resolve that with the payment provider you used. Wallapi? Whoever on earth that is...

I'd suggest doing that pretty quickly before the nuke button whacks your account to be honest.

i used mastercard (i created a secure card) in MBnet with 14€ i wanted to donate for 2000 credits , but once the 1st 1000 cred wasn't credited on my account i dont even pay the rest
