chat settings (colors) bugged?

Hi,

I just checked the official bug report thread and didnt find any mention to this...

I can't set my radar chat for enemy faction nearby alert :unsure:

Explain:
I usually change the color of combat others chat section (check all Enemy...) to a brigth one (red,orange,yellow) but since 3.7 update it seems like is not possible anymore!

could it be a bug?

You want to make from the chat a paint book ? its already horibel with all those emote spammers

You have no idea about chat radar is, right? reread my OP and you will learn about it.

 

should still be possible mine works just fine. Maybe try to recreate it or something.

I tried deleting all tabs and remaking them... but I can't set any chat colors anymore

 

odd, it all works for me. maybe some error in your system.cfg or wherever those preferences are kept?

Felipe tried to change it too, but he can't, don't know how it's bugged since must be a client problem. I haven't tested tho.

 

so trying to mess with the colors will reset them/make them unchangeable?

 

Read again xD, I haven't tested, but the char with which Felipe tried was a new one.

 

They don't change at all, moving the chooser around the palette wont give you a "preview" (Shouldnt do that) and pressing Ok after selecting a colour wont work c:

 

This maybe is a hint.

I got this issue with new chars (a month or less ago from creation), with the old ones I got my chat radar set and working... but i'm afraid to try to change colors on old chars in case it gets screwed up :unsure:

 

That is why I haven't tested, I am afraid of fuck up my old chars xD
