    how do i check if an account is disabled or not and how to enable it again ...because a cousin of my wants to play AION again

    Simple, if it was banned you would log into GamezAion.com and click Ban System.

    Or your welcome to pm a character name and we can check it out for you as far as if the account is still active and what not.
