    In Panda find Asharu and join the Shapers of Dusk. It's near the entrance to the crafting area. You get a daily quest for Shaper's Tokens. Good to have a few toons do it, though right now only 2/5 of my toons are getting the quest, not sure what is wrong. Also think the proc rate is broken right now too, but it might be fixed by the time you get enough tokens to buy it. Good Luck!
