Quest [group] challenge elyos generals

    I have just finished the quest [Group] Challenge Elyos Officers.

    So, I was going to do the next one, [Group] Challenge Elyos Generals, it did not appear for me.
    Do I get it from Votan, right? Or did it change? Or was it removed?

    just try another npc around it's like there from first npc rank9-5 then another npc rank4-1 then officers and i think for the generals another npc too :D

    I've checked the previous quests. And it wasn't there.
    I've searched it and according to what I saw it is the same NPC as Officers quest.

    I really hope if anyone could clarify it.
