forgotten account password on the forums

Hey guys, so after awhile of not coming on to Gamez, I have forgotten my forum password, and tried clicking on "Forgotten password" and it told me it sent me an email to my email address, which is Hotmail. after acouple of hours of waiting, I have still not recieved an email.

So I made this account to ask for help, and also used hotmail on this account, and now have no confirmation email to send PM's to mods about this problem, if a mod pm's me will I be able to answer them?
